Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the free software service (“DOQEXLite”, “Service”) provided by DOQEX Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Service is intended solely for business users. For the purposes of these Terms, a “business user” is defined as an individual authorised to send email from a business email domain and explicitly excludes users sending email from addresses provided by an Internet or Email service provider, e.g. gmail.com.
2.2 The Service is not intended for, and must not be used by, consumers. Consumer use includes individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Consumer use also includes businesses using addresses provided by Internet and Email service providers, e.g. outlook.com. Consumers have no rights to use the Service under these Terms.
2.3 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a business user and not a consumer.
2.4 We reserve the exclusive right to define or redefine who a “business user” is at any time. No notice, compensation or any other remedy is available.
3. License to Use the Service
3.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
3.2 You may not use the Service for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under these Terms.
4. Restrictions on Use
4.1 You agree not to:
a) Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
b) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
d) Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service;
e) Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to us.
5.2 You acknowledge that you have no ownership or other rights in the Service, except for the limited license granted under these Terms.
6. No Warranty
6.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Data Rights and Protection
7.1 You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at any time and without prior notice or reason, to delete, destroy, or otherwise remove any and all data submitted, stored, or processed through the Service. d) Protecting the rights, property, or safety of DOQEX Limited, our customers, suppliers, partners, or the public.
7.3 Where required by relevant legislation, we may disclose your data to third parties, including but not limited to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or courts, without your consent and without notice to you.
7.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you submit or store through the Service. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the deletion, destruction, or unavailability of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

8.2 Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed £1.
9. Termination
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
9.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service.
