What is happening?
November 2024 will see DOQEX Limited begin the process of transitioning all UK banking services from HSBC to Starling.
Who is affected?
All UK Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Colleagues will either receive payments from or need to settle invoices via Starling bank.
What about EU and Euro transactions?
The change does not yet affect EU and Euro transactions, for now, you will continue to receive invoices from and apply remittances to our Fire Banking Service.
Will it change for the EU?
Yes. The intention is to transition EU payment processing to Starling Bank within the next few months. You will be notified when the change affects you and this page will be updated.
