As standard, you'll get DOQEX® WEB which provides secure file sharing via your web browser. Choose "File Sharing" option in order to try out DOQEX® WEB on our Cloud service.
DOQEX® EMAIL offers secure file sharing simply using email. This means you can securely send email attachments without needing to login to a website.
Choose the "Email" option if you are interested in secure email options.
NOTE: Email protection requires a bit more information. We'll get in touch after the final step in order to help you set it up.
DOQEX includes the facility to create secure data rooms or project spaces.
If you are interested in trying out project space, turn this option "ON".
If you are unsure, leave it off for now, you can always change your mind later.
Enable two-factor authentication.
2-factor authentication is an additional security measure that requires users to enter a code in addition to a passphrase when they login.
The codes are sent as a text message to a user's mobile phone. They can only be used once and expire within a few minutes.
If you are interested in 2FA, turn this option "ON".
If you are unsure, leave it off for now, you can always change your mind later.
Enable developer options.
Select this option if you are interested in creating your own application, website or portal that requires secure file transfer or email handling.
If you are interested in development options, turn this option "ON".
Most users should leave this option off, don't worry though, you can always change your mind later.
Choose one option.
Your DOQEX trial will come with the standard DOQEX colours, email and SMS templates.
Select the "DOQEX" option if you are happy with the standard DOQEX branding.
If you wish to use your own branding, select the "Mine" option.
If you are unsure, select the "DOQEX" option for now, you can always change your mind later.

Select Self-destruct time (days).
One of the security features of DOQEX is that files and access to files expires.
When something expires in DOQEX, it self-destructs automatically and cannot be recovered.
This option selects the longest time your files can live (you can edit individual items within DOQEX but only up to the maximum you set here).
Drag the slider to select the self-destruct time. If you are unsure, leave this item unchanged, you can always change your mind later.
Select the number of users.
Use the slider to configure how many users may need to use DOQEX.
Include any potential superusers, managers, project owners and support desk users as well as standard users in the number you select.
